It depends on where the arrow hits you with a depth that goes. Or even if you know your home rental or just passing through you. And then the secondary infection and bleeding could be a problem. In the 16th Century would have been more likely to find someone with leeches to patients how to treat anything. So if you are a field, dealing with sick people ... Happiness lives from there! Hospitals are there, where people go to die.
ReplyDeleteFor a book ... I propose that we get some anatomy pounds, talking with doctors and people watch, which injured by arrows. I know a man was hit by an arrow in the forehead, not penetrate, but left on the skin and not to be deleted. The arrowhead I mean.
Depends on where you killed. When you click the arrow that is the eye and brain, then not. If you stay in the arm, then he could probably survive (unless the infected wound). When the arrow pierced through one or more loops of bowel, peritonitis would die within a few days.
ReplyDeleteAt that time, could be serious damage above zero with the primitive medical knowledge. If your character is lucky, could, however, that two or three survive, if they do not hit the wrong place.
Probably not, especially if you click the arrow in the first article of clothing. The person who died of the infection and that antibiotics are not available. At the very least, gangrene, and would arm or leg would be amputated. In the "courage" of the injury was certain death.
ReplyDeleteTava Hello !!!!!!!! As you probably know who I am. lol we left off yesterday. (hint hint)
ReplyDeleteHmm ... I'm not good at writing books. But it is too bloody, if you choose to read me. : P
