I wake up tomorrow morning with a stiff neck, jaw, and pain in the back of the ear. I also feel pain when I touch the back of the skull. Occurs when I have a restful night's sleep. I have tried to use a mouthguard to stop grinding his teeth, but it happens. I'm still young, but suffers from back problems. Does anyone suffer anything similar? Has anyone good advice to help the pain or know what could be?
