I have a question about a lease rental agreement please help!?!? - rental agreement format
I went with a friend .. I lived with my parents and this is the 1st Time that I was on my own. I do not want to be on the lease if I want to see my parents decide to return. Who signed the lease and needed a guarantee that their grandparents have decided to sign co. The apartment complex manager said he needed my name and information because I had one of the occupants of the apartment .. I have yet to sign anything! I want to ensure that we have an agreement between us outsude apartment complex, so we are clear that we accepted. I told him that I would say 2 months in advance, before (if I did not) and when I do, I am not responsible for the remainder of the lease .. Is this a good idea? and if so, what else should I be and whether it formats for me to continue to get this ..
